Suggestion Icebolt (now a wizard skill) nert

Icebolt currently slows them down for 5 seconds drastically. I think they should make it slow for 4 or possibly 3 seconds. 5 seconds is pretty long for a slow however if this skill has a vey high cd (cd is currently unknown) then it should not be nerfed because of the chance that the caster could miss.

The reason that wizard and the other caster classes were given new skills is that rogues are DESTROYING THEM. The rogue specs were to overpowered compared to the caster specs so the caster specs got a buff. Also wizard was given this skill because root is the weakest slow in the game (breaks on damage to the caster or the player) and the warmup on bolt was significantly increased (now 1.5seconds). This will not turn into run, root/icebolt, bolt, run because bolt is an extremely easy thing to counter especially now that the opponent has another .5 seconds to block the skill with a bash or a kick. This .5 seconds does not sound like a long time, but trust me it makes a massive difference. (sidenote wizard fireball got nerfed hard, 30 damage/fireball lost) In conclusion don't piss ur pants at this sight of this skill it will change how wizard is played but will not make it OP because it is no a guaranteed slow, the person needs to be able to aim the icebolt the same way they do a fireball.

The only caster spec getting buffs is Wiz...

Necro was extremely OP and Beguiler got deepfreeze so you are incorrect. O btw if you did not realize beguiler has 2 slow/whatever you want to call pigify. They have 2 stun silences and one of them is Aeo. Think about it. Wizard gets 1 new slow that they can miss with. Beguiler gets an aeo silence/stun and a single target stun/silence, both attacks they cannot miss because they are cast on a target. Not sure how people have yet to notice this.
Edit: Anther side note. Beguiler also currently have plaguebomb which acts as an aoe harmtouch that currently has a 6 second cd. @Falker57 and you are worried about root?

MassPiggify is currently broken. Someone from your team can hit you off your team. Piggify could hurt you because pigs can run in odd directions. I am not going to comment on Plaguebomb because it is one of their main skills and should stay there. There is still an aim factor in the aoe. If icebolt needs to be aimed I am fine with that. That actually still puts skill forth to SKILLshots
