Bug IC Clocks

Not sure if this is a bug or a suggestion but I dont have permission to make an IC clock as a lvl 50 Engi, even though it says on the wiki that I should be able to. If this is indeed correct the wiki needs to be updated about that then

The wiki says it because it is in-game. It got disabled because of the massive lag that surrounded them. They are supposed to be disabled, and have been for awhile. I agree in-game and the wiki needs to be fixed, but the disabling of it was not a bug.
