I have a little problem

i played this server a very long time ago, i cant remember what happened but i ended up getting muted for a certain amount of time.
now i was looking for a server and i came across this one and remember what a shame it was that i left it but i dont know how to get the the floating spawn island for a fresh start and it says i need to join a channel to speak im not sure how but i tryed /tour channel and it says im muted which was odd because it should have been taken off ages ago i am not whitelisted but i want a fresh start with this server and then ill probs submit a application for whitelist.
Id really aprectiate anyones help.

#1. Get whitelisted @ hc.to/apply
#2. "/tour channel" is not a command, it's /ch tour
#3. Follow the signs to get out of the tutorial
#4. If you really are muted, appeal @ hc.to/appeal
