Why am I not able to post on my appeal? I want to be able to bump it to the top as it has been 6 days, but I cant...

Well I clicked to reply and it appears normal users cannot bump in that section of the forum, because I didn't see a locked notice anywhere.

If the mods plan to ever un-ban you, they will reply when they feel like it.
