I'm not too sure on what you are trying to say...
There are two portals to take when you initially log in. One for PvP, and one for PvE. If you would like to stitch between continents, you can take the portal labeled Exchange at either spawn point. From there you can take a portal to the other continent.
If this is not what you meant, you can reply here again, or simply ask in game in the /ch help channel.
