Bug Huge Bug, Was Asked To Report It

So Um, today i tried to reset my attributes and spent 200$ trying (i tried twice) and it let me and took my money but didnt reset them, i was then told that your not supposed to be able to choose your attributes anymore and i was asked to report it by 2 people who were assisting me.
