Bug HUD did not reset when codex used

I was on the PvP server and had reached level 20 crafter yesterday. I logged on today and after a short time of playing, a fellow townmate gave me a codex for smithing, which I used. However, despite using this codex, the HUD did not reset and continued to show level 20 crafter, despite my skill list and even the /hero whois <name> command showing that I was now a Smith.

This was at about 3:30pm London Time.

I had used a codex not too long ago (about a week ago maybe) to become a Cleric and I don't recall this happening when I used that codex but I can't honestly say if it did happen. All I can say is I didn't notice anything wrong with the HUD when I used that one but this time, the HUD didn't refresh to Smith level 1.

However, relogging had refreshed this.
