Bug Hub Portal Spawning

When I spawn in the hub world I end up in the survival portal and I have to swim up in order to teleport in. Otherwise I cannot get out of the water and I will now slowly drown, die, and being the process again.

I'm noticing this too. It's a cycle.

At the beginning I spawn into the center of the hub.

Next time I log in I will be 1 meter from the Survival portal.

Next time, still 1 meter from the portal.

Next and following times, in the portal, and have to swim out to survive.

If I die in the portal, next time I spawn at the center of the hub again, and the cycle restarts.
