Whenever you invite someone to a township, the syntax yields the proper name spelling, in regards to punctualization.
However, if you go to demote say, Dielan9999 using /town demote Dielan9999, it duplicates the username, and you have
Dielan9999 is a veteran.
and
dielan9999 is a manager.
In the citizen lists, and it adds to the citizen count. I'm not sure how game-breaking this is, but the point is, HTTP functions fine if you use all lower-case when demoting and promoting.
