Bug HP and MP loss on joining the server

Every single time I join into the Herocraft server I notice that my HP decreases by two and a half hearts and my mp by about 25% as well. It looks similar to when you re-spawn on the test server with lower hp and mana, but isn't as extreme. As for info about my class and level I'm a level 58 Dragoon with 35 Strength, 10 Constitution, 24 Endurance, 15 Agility, -2 Intellect, -3 Wisdom, and 0 Charisma. This started only yesterday for me around when I hit level 50 if that helps at all.. If I notice anything else I'll be sure to add to the post
