im whitelisted and stuck in ruins, can anyone help me get out of ruins and go to hevan, please.

I believe you mean the PvP world, Haven.
You can get to Haven from Ruins by going to Ruins spawn (0, 0). If you are not a specced profession, you can use /skill warp to quickly get to spawn from where you are. Keep in mind this has a long cool down.

/skill recall, which takes 10 redstone, only works after you have /skill mark a location. /skill mark takes 1 iron ingot and is /set home, while /skill recall is /home.
If your warp is on cooldown or you are already a profession, you can pay a wizard 15 souls to port you to Ruins spawn. Just enter /ch t, and say "want to buy port to Ruins spawn".
