How to Become Staff member?

I was wondering what it takes to become a staff member for this amazing server? I would like to become one but I don't know how?

Depends on what you want to help the server with (Whitelisting, Guiding newbies, Go trough petitions, architecting, Web design, Coding, advertising, Lore, Banking). Take some time reading about some of the positions here: http://www.herocraftonline.com/wiki/index.php/Staff .

Note that you have to be 15 years or older to be a staff member.

Um well I have been interested in a moderator or a guide. I really like to help people more than code or somthing like that.

I suggest playing for a while and be active in /Help chat. If you help people a lot, Higher staff may note that you help out a lot. If you then apply for Guide and make a good impression with your apply, you may even get the job. Guide is a pretty high Position so you need to be very serious and be helpful all the time.

There is this amazing thing called subforums. And if you happen to look in the application section you will see an area to apply for staff.
