Rules are as follows: You may buy a shop, but if you go inactive for 2 weeks it will be put back up for sale and all the contents of the chests deleted. This shop is yours for the price below as long as you maintain it, if you are active but your shops are empty/not maintained, they will also be deleted. You may only purchase one shop. You may not use these shops to sell OR buy gold.
Please realize that in order to purchase a shop, The player is required to be a merchant or service provider and remain that profession! Shops are allowed to be set up for services. The only stipulation is that you can only store items there that are required for your profession, ie. mats for enchanting etc. These shops are not to be used as a personal region/storage for your items.
You may not edit the shop ie. no removal of walls, floors, celings roofs, glowstone, store front will remain as built, this includes the brick floors, glowstone in ceiling, nether brick fence post, etc. In the empty shops (ones without chests) you may arrange the chests as you wish. Ones with chests you must not change. All changes must be approved by Moejunur.
To obtain a shop: Post on this thread with the plot you want AND create a petition in game with the name of the plot and the coin amount. You can either pay Xanipher when she is online, or any admin, post the screenshot if xani is not online. Xani will then add your name to the shop region.
