Watched the first 2 minutes where she talks about how Hitler got elected in Austria despite his cruel nature. The truth is, they elected him because he was their best choice. At the time Austria had just suffered a huge economic crisis, their once powerful and mighty empire was broken up and Austria was now barely relevant in international politics. Some of the people wanted their greatness back and most people just wanted an end to the crisis. They looked at Germany and saw Hitler who had rescurrected a country that was riddled with poverty, unemployment and dissatisfaction into becoming powerful once more. When Hitler rolled into Austria in 1938, it was a change wanted by most of the population as their politicans had proven themselves not fit for the task to save Austria from the economic crisis. Hitler, who was austrian at birth, was an easy choice for the dissatisfied Austrians.

History lesson of today.

The video is just another dumb right-wing conspiracy theory anyways.

There's really no creditable news source that doesn't have some form of bias one way or another. Be it left wing or right wing, they're all dumb.
