So have two lotteries, the regular one which runs as it does and a once per day high roller lottery.
1 ticket, 100c cost.

Or it could be run every two days, to get the greedy bastards with all the coins to play along, offer an in game item, random of course from a predetermined list, could be what ever is hot at the time like 10 nethewart, or 45 dirt, or even 8 diamonds. (kept secret till its drawn and won, if that is possible)


Just might put some balance back into the economy.

Once slot machines are in, things will balance out quite nicely. Till then I think this would be a good idea if KAin could implement it. Only issue I see is that there will be 3 or 4 millionaires with the rest of the population with 1k or below.
