I'm a lvl 55 mason and i tried to make a hidden switch and it said i don't have permission to create hidden switch sign. note that i do have regions here

What did it say precisely?
Sometimes it says you dont have the permission to do that if
You are createing a normal sign

here is excatly what it says
"you are not allowed to build hidden switches"
"you created a hidden switch"
"you do not have permission for that"
all that on the 3 lines and it instantly gives the sign back to me
