Suggestion heroes plugin

since heroes was taken down on bukkit, I was wondering if maybe an updated version of heroes could be kept on the herocraft forums. this may increase traffic on the forums for people looking for the heroes plugin, which in turn, would have more people seeing our server, which may get more people interested, which may POSSIBLY lead to more donors on the server. This would also have more servers out there running heroes, which may get people on those servers curious about what heroes is, and where it came from in such, which would therefore get even more traffic through our forums.

I dont think someone who is looking for a plugin to add in their own server wouldnt care about other servers.

Maybe we could stick it under something only members can view so atleast the herocraft community can get it

No. What would happen is there would be other versions of Heroes servers. If we really are looking to get more users, then how would allowing people to make their own servers do that?

Thing is, for a while the plugin has BEEN on bukkitdev and other servers still use the version they could get.
This isn't "Hey, release your core plugin that's been private to the public", it's "Hey, your plugin can't be found anymore, could ya throw it back up somewhere?"

It sort of is, I was just stating the possible positives of putting it up here. I want the plugin back (even if it's back to the default way it was, only 4 classes and almost no setup at all), and I'm sure some other people do too. I want it for a private server me and a friend are making, not for a commercial server that's going to take away herocraft's players (If even possible).
