Heroes: HUD for cooldowns/parties/info

I'm using this post to try and design the right-hand corner SCOREBOARD for players to get easy info on what skills are on cooldown and possible exp/level/mana/hp/stamina.

#Cut off Member names at 10 characters to ensure HP % works.
#If the party size increases past 5, include it. cap at 9 (do not include LEADER)
#Add /hero toggle partyhud (if its not possible to toggle one or the other, toggle both with /hero toggle scoreboard)

#Limit Skill Names to 12 characters, dont include "s" for seconds, convert to minutes if possible, 600 = 5m (when under 60 seconds, list 60 and countdown from there)
#Limit the list of Cooldowns so it doesnt go above 16 lines total for Scoreboard. If it has more room, let it place cooldowns there, otherwise truncate them to not go above 16.
#The timer portion will be colored (blue)

We could do party health bars instead of cooldowns....

i know it will be cramped for space, maybe give player the option which things they want to display if possible?

As long as there is a way to toggle this off and on (similar to /hero verbose mana) it will be fine. Cooldown bars with macromod work perfectly fine and are easy to set up once you figure it out so your time is probably better spent on party frames. Healers have been asking for the party frames for a while now and it is something that we can't do with macromod so my suggestion is party frames

If player level is displayed on the scoreboard you could move the mana bar into the exp bar... Less mana spam in chat for vanilla players.
