Herocraft Server freezing on me

Can anyone help me? I just got whitelisted and when i try to join the server, my screen get stuck on the 'Downloading Terrain' screen but without the actually words cuz they disappear and its frozen. I tried logging into other servers and they work just fine..

Does anyone know a solution to this? Thanks

See if that improves anything.

Try getting a clean .jar file. to do that, open up the options menu before you log into your minecraft account. Then press the big force update button and log in as usual.

If that doesn't fix your problem let me know.
