With recent players breaking the rules, I feel this has been a sore spot with our community for a while now.
This is no means a rant or flame war, I do not want this thread getting out of hand.
We need to stand as a whole community against cheats, exploits, hacks, etc.
There have been 3 threads that i know of on the subject.

Have another player hold my goods, coins, while the server tries to track down where/who i stashed my stuff with. ( possibilities are endless) Whats happens to me? I get killed.
Free to go on my merry way and do it again to someone else.
I abused the game mechanics, I abused HeroCraft Terms of Service, and I abused/hurt the honest playing players that make this community great.
Now in this example the Admins may decide I need to be banned, but what if i abused a personal region? a region is a region, that player/town worked hard to get that, paid alot of coin to get it, to have it. ( it wont fit in a LWC chest, I tried..
)
If a player can exploit and get my goods thro region abuse, I wont get my items back. Lwc's to protect your goods? ways to glitch into them too, and most you can EVER have is 25 at Tier 7 donor = $100 to protect 25 chests? That could be in my personal region as well? Most the players are under 18 and dont even have jobs, or income, they on parents allowences, and its a free game, on a free server.
Yes these would be dealt with on a case by case basis but there has to be a line for all exploiting/cheating.
The community has fraps to record these cheaters and submit the vids to Server. I have seen one cheater with 7 different viewpoints from different players, so I know they have the ability to help catch these script kiddies.
Enforcement
This is what is followed and offenders can be escalated to perma-banned at any stage.
The community, the players that login each day and populate the server, that vote for this server, that willingly donate time, funds, assistance to the server, is what makes HeroCraft what it is.
I have confidence in the server staff to handle each case best as possible.

6 Warnings will be given for any infringement as follows.
6.1 First warning: Player receives a warning.
6.2 Second warning: Player receives a 3-day suspension.
6.3 Third warning: Player receives a 1-week suspension.
6.4 Fourth warning: Player receives a 1-month suspension.
6.5 Fifth warning: Player receives a permanent ban.
