You stated that you've been playing since you were 9 and you're 14 now. Minecraft came out in 2009. You lied about your age, or when you've started playing. Either way you lied.
And did you just give out your address for your location? We were simply looking for a general area, state, even country. Don't lie about this either.
Sorry, but 'overall your application is horrible' and at this time you're being denied. I wish you luck finding another server that will be a better fit.
