Healingbloom once again has a range of infinity, it can be used from across the map and heal your ally, even across worlds! (Or at least it heals my ally in the arena when I am dead) If I am not mistaken, this skill was fixed (those were the rumors) but it's now broken. (Again) If it was never fixed, my apologizes, better to be safe than sorry though.

Confirmed, broken. It heals anyone in your party in your current map without a range limit (If I am in Bastion spawn, I can heal someone at -2000 -2000). Reduce range to 15 block radius, buff the healing....all set.
