Having a problem

When im traveling around in game, i seem to be having a out of body experience, like where a friend sees me standing still with my head rotating and while im still moving on my screen and he sees me just attacking and spinning my head and i can just fall off things and allways have to log out and back in, and lately its been happening more often, anyone know how to fix this?

You might be desycned. I dont believe there is any solution to this but log out.

Relog to fix this issue, it means the MC client never received the disconnect packet to tell you that you are disconnected.

Ah i though i allways had to relog somewhat repeditly though to fix it for a bit then it just goes and does it again.
