Haven Noble Plots!
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Noble plots are finally here! This thread will tell you how to buy one, rules, and other general info. If you have any questions, please ask below and I'll add it to the OP.Haven Noble Plots!
------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: Theft is legal in spawn. Please protect your items as you would anywhere else on the map.
ALSO NOTE: It is legal to kill trespassers with lava/suffocation if you catch them inside your house, HOWEVER it is illegal to lure someone in and kill them.
QUADRUPLE NOTE: If you add someone to your noble plot region, we are not responsible for theft or griefs. This is a risk you take. The only exception is services rendered in trade chat (eg. engineer, architect, etc.). Don't add people you don't trust. Get your own noble plot if you don't want to share, or use LWCs if you do share.
General Information:
- Each plot varies in height, however all plots are 10 blocks deep below the stone border.
- Noble plots are located in the south-east section of Haven spawn.
- This is a one time purchase, no taxes or rent.
- Most prices were determined by math, (eg. 0.25s per block), some prices may vary due to location and proportion.
- Notify Xanipher or other admin if there is any problem with your plot region (open a petition).
- There are currently 53 noble plots created.
How to Buy:
- Go to Haven spawn and look for a plot that you like and can afford.
- Open a petition in game stating the plot code (eg. NP34) and which admin you will be paying and the amount paid.
- Pay an admin (Xanipher) the correct fee immediately after (they don't have to be online).
- Screenshot your payment (just in case of dispute), post the screenshot in this thread if you pay while the admins are offline.
- Wait for an admin to assign your plot to you!
Rules:
- If you are inactive for 30 days, your plot may be deleted and the empty land sold to someone else.
- Plots must be well designed, built well and not an eyesore (no cobble boxes, this is a place to showcase your build skill).
- No trees on roofs (treehouses will be allowed within reason, as long as the leaves don't exceed region height).
- Plots that are empty for too long will be subject to review (no land holding).
- You may only own ONE plot.
- Your town/guild may purchase a plot as an embassy, however it must be a 12000 block or larger plot.
- You may store items in your plot.
- You may not put stores in your plot. That is what the trade district is for.
- You can only have 2 friends added to your plot at any given time (3 total on region, including yourself).
- You may have as many town members as you want on your Embassy plot, however.
- If you add someone to your noble plot region, we are not responsible for theft or griefs. This is a risk you take.
- You are never to add anyone else as owner. Only the true owner can be listed as such. All other additions are 'member'.
- Ownership may be transferred, and plots may be traded (only one per person, as stated). Regular trade rules apply.
- To do a plot ownership transfer you must petition with the new owner's name and the plot name. The new owner must be online and present to take over the region using the SRM plugin.
- No refunds are issued, final sale. If you wish to upgrade to bigger plot, you must sell/trade to another player.
- You must place a sign on your house/land with your name on it.
Landscaping:
- If you feel the landscape around your house is terrible, Architects are allowed to make minor cosmetic changes to the land.
- This must be done within reason, and not upset your neighbours.
- Example, a tiny pond, flowers, small fountain, removing a bit of dirt, making a small path etc. If you are unsure, ask Xanipher.
- The Architects do this as a service to you and the community, they may ask a small fee for their time.
- You must provide the Architects with supplies or pay them to get the supplies.
