I am selling my plot my plot​

Starting Bid: 3500​

Must bid in 100 coin increments​

The auction ends at Friday on midnight EST​

Plot Information:​

15x15 5 Deep basement​

Extremely close to the nexus​

The house is mine and will be taken down and items inside will be taken out​

Coords: 184 -82 Nexus: 168 -27​

I will try to add a Screen shot soon to show you how close it is.​

Just curious as to why it is starting at 4k when the plot new costs 2.5k, and there are still free ones in DG? Is it only because of the proximity of the Nexus?

Um I guess I dont plan on selling the building I was planning on taking it down but if you want it I could leave it up and I guess we could work something out. Thats if you want the building to be up on the plot.

Im closing the auction I was hoping to get some sort of bids going but that didnt happen. Auction is officially closed due to no bids after 24 hours.
