[HANDLED] Veteran title unable to be used

After a bit of trouble, I was able to get my Veteran title, but it says "You don't have that title, or it is not a prefix!", so I was told by Buddah to make a bug report here.

Any staff that requests to be added to the convo with proof of veteran status, just let me know.

EDIT: And yes, it has been taken away and re-added, is on my /title list, etc.,

Buddah granted t to me because of the account I switched from, Jherriq, whitelisted Dec. 18., but this account was whitelisted early June.

Also adding you to the convo with the proof I sent Buddah.
