Rules:

1.) Building Code
Make it pretty. If a structure is ugly, it will be dealt with, severely.

2.) Honor the Alliances
The Tree Creeper Kingdom has no alliances

3.) No Stealing from your City or Kingdom
If you are caught stealing from a City/kingdom member you will instantly surrender all possessions, be removed from the region and be banned from Rangpur, and will be reported for region abuse. If you refuse to turn over anything stolen you will be killed and your home demolished, everything going to the city, and the stolen items returned. Admins and Moderators come without hesitation to check blocks and chests if requested to do so. If you steal from your own city, you will be caught.

As a general rule, do not enter other city members homes, unless given permission. If found in another player's home you will need a good excuse.

4.) No Killing other Kingdom Members.
There will be no killing of fellow kingdom members, We understand that accidents do happen, so in the event that a friendly is killed, please return their items.
5.) Defend your Kingdom!
Although the kingdom is backed by the Tree Creepers, If the city, or kingdom is being attacked, you are required to come to it's aid. If you hide or refuse to aid while others are fighting you could face banishment from the city or kingdom.

Are you a talented builder?: Yes, I have many months (Years?) experience with building. I played on LegendaryCraft server and recieved builder, I owned a town and a random build.

Do you plan on remaining active on this server?: I do, which is the only reason I applied for whitelist.

Mastered specs?: Specs as in classes/paths? None. Although I get the general idea on how to use spells and paths.

Any additional info?: I am a very good PvPer: I recieved rank 3 on the most popular chain of walls servers, the only two people ahead of me were my skype teams. On the Most popular HG servers *Over 20k members* I recieved rank 110. I have a very fast computer making it effortless to PvP and PvE.
