Is the guild option disabled? Or, is the guild creation page outdated? I am having trouble with finding a place to post my application for starting a guild. I have all the information needed to start it abiding the requirements on the guild creation page. I just still can't seem to find how to format it and where to post it. Thank you!

We do not have official guilds like we do with towns.
