Guild Plot - Temple (DG)

Since the old Temple plot has little to no use since it was moved out, we're going to be auctioning off this plot.

The winner gets the plot to use as long as its kept mostly the same layout/design.
Since this is a "guild" plot, people can pool their coins and buy it for their Guild/Township.
Note: if you already own a plot, you can still bid on this and use it as a guildhall/townhall.


The bidding will start at 10,000c.
Bidding increments of 1000c

The winner will have 24 hours to pay Kainzo after the auction closed, if they are unable to pay, it will be given to the next highest bidder.
AUCTION ENDS ON FRIDAY @ 12PM CST. (6/29) - bids at 12PM CST will extend the bidding time for 30mins, if no bids are done within the 30mins, the highest bidder wins. If another bid occurs, it will extend the time again.

Since this can be a multiple owned plot, yes. This won't count against your "1" plot and therefore anyone can bid.
