I was only banned once, on the server Evocraft for using x-ray texture pack; I only used it to find something I already knew was there but wanted to be certain. I have stopped using the texture pack, for single player or multiplayer. That was the first and only time that I used it on that multiplayer server (I have been on a few free build servers where the texture pack was legal) and was banned about four months ago after I had been on the server for a year.

Reason you should be accepted:

I believe that I am a good player and I have been on multiple PvP servers (seeing as it is my favorite type of minecraft), a few PvE servers, three free build servers, and an excellent RP server called Lord of The Craft (I would be playing on both servers if I am excepted for Herocraft, because I enjoy LOTC but I miss pure PvP and you server sounds like the best in PvP). I am a fair player and never use hacks or glitches, (except for the one time with the x-ray texture pack, which I feel really bad for using and I wish I had never done it) because it frustrates me when I see others use them on me. I never curse on chat and I believe people should be civil to another, no matter what happens, for minecraft is just a game and people should not respond to something happening in it as if it is serious business. I never grief unless it is a server that says you are allowed to, because I believe that if you grief in a non-griefing server that you take the fun out of minecraft for the rest of the people.

I hope that you accept me to your server, because I will be a good addition to your minecraft community. Also, I live in the same house as my brother, Sweord, and we have the same IP. Sweord sent a message to one of the people that give permission for multiple people on one IP a day ago and has not received an answer yet, so I decided to make my application first.

Your part about your xray texture pack is a little shady. How can I be sure you will not use the xray *mod* instead of the xray texture pack?

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I had a busy day.
The reason that I did not say anything about the mod is because first, I have never had or used the x-ray mod and second of all I don’t know how to install mods (sad but true T.T). The only mod I have ever used is Rei’s Minimap.* So, to clear things up, I will not use any things that will cause the x-ray effect, be it mod or texture; I will not use any hacks, glitches, or exploits; and I will not use any mods that are not approved for the server.

*Also, the only way I can use mods is if my brother helps me with them, otherwise I don’t use mods at all.

You say you wont use them simply because you cant, what if you suddenly learn how? Seems liek you'd use them then.

It’s not that I am not using the x-ray mod because I can’t; I just wanted to tell you that I don’t know how to download mods. I have been on about 15 different servers and I have never been banned besides on Evocraft. I assure you that I would not use the x-ray mod even if I had the ability to download it, but unfortunately there is no way that you can believe me besides going on my word.
I will tell you why I did it, so you have an idea of what a player I am; in Evocraft there is a faction system and my brother and I had made a faction in the old world of Evocraft with three of our friends. Then Evocraft made a new world and we started over with only my brother, so after a few failed bases we found a home for our faction and made the base impenetrable. The only way in was to have your name on a sign that would open an underwater iron door. Someone used a glitch to get into our base and was caught on fraps. One of the glitcher’s buddies that was not caught and banned was saying how stupid our faction was for getting griefed (greifing was allowed on the server) by them. One of our faction members found the person that was talking smack faction base and I had an ability that made me shoot ghast fireballs to destroy dirt and such, and after about thirty minutes and ten fireballs later I could not find a way in and to check if it was even there (it was just a small island and there was no sign that something was there except for that it was in claimed territory) I used the x-ray texture to see if it was there. It still took me forty minutes to get in because I only used it to see if the base was there, not to find a way in. After I got in I only took one iron sword and left the base. I was banned because I admitted to using the x-ray texture and I found out after I was banned that the glitcher made it back in our base because he was banned for only three days.
I want to be honest in my application and so I told you about my past ban. Given the chance to take using the x-ray texture pack back, I would have never had used it; for it is a permanent mark on my minecraft account and it was not fair on the other player, no matter how poorly he behaved himself.
