Geomancer's skills not doing what they say

Geomancer's skill DeepFreeze Does not do the stated "11 Damage" And "Additional 11 if hit with fire during" So basically; Deep freeze does no damage at all and is essentially just root.

Additionally, Pulse does no damage, although that wouldn't be a problem if it didn't have a cast time.

Yeah, the Deep Freeze skill has always bothered me like that. It means it is only root- I think you're right in saying it's a bug that it doesn't. As it is meant to.
