Geomancer's Deep Freeze is broken...

The skill Deep Freeze is supposed to do 11 damge on hit, it currently does nothing. If the target is hit with a fireball while frozen, it negates the fireball and they ONLY take the 11 damage from Deep Freeze shattering. Thank you for your time, hope it gets fixed soon.

so in there it SAYS it does 11 dmg. but its not (just checked again to make sure). and are the targets supposed to not take damage from fireballs wen hit wile frozen? if so then that seems like deep freeze is under powered. root for less time and protect them from ur main spell?
