I was globally muted for saying explaining the TC. Brutal messaged me saying he was tired of my shit - All I said was to become a TC, you need to be appointed by Dmil or Zdylann. I wasn't breaking any rules, and he even mentioned it wasn't a "favoritism" mute, he was just personally angry with me. I believe this is an obvious abuse of admin power as I was simply just responding to what people thought of the TC. I was muted until some time tomorrow, and this has all ready screwed me over a few times because I can't reply to people's /tells, can't confirm banking people, nor can I aware people that I am a friendly.
I will take the mute for now, but I think something honestly needs to be done about this bullying. I've done nothing wrong by server rule standards, but Brutal continues to bully me because of a personal grudge. He claimed it wasn't a biased move, but what I think he meant was it wasn't biased towards the SG/TC affair.
This mute was entirely biased on an objective scale, and I'm sure just because I'm appealing this I will be subject to even more admin bullying. I love this server, and the way it's played - I just don't believe people should be above the law.

I won't respond the the rest of your message because I'm only replying to the questions you asked. As for the bullying - Our new town/soon to be kingdom just seems to have so little respect from the server for some reason. We were denied a pvp tournament because of a small error that could have been fixed but wasn't, we've had a town region petition up for 3+ days that hasn't been done yet and now, when we're being Hero gate camped by the TC, we're now allowed to talk to Staff.
I wasn't harassing you in any way. I didn't even comment on the way it was built.We had 4 - 5 other people, including you and a few TC, saying it looked bad. You never even acknowledged them. I never once harassed your building, I was just asking if you could help out with a petition we had. You replied to him saying you would take care of it after you ate, you came back, (and declared so in O chat) and you still refused to help him. I'm sorry I got angry about this, but I was still keeping my calm, stayed out of your way, and I really just stood around watching. If this is harassment, then I will no longer stand around you for the sake of not being banned. Needless to say, our town still hasn't been regioned, and because I'm not afraid to speak my mind against a tyrant, I've been punished.

Yes, the charter was found to not have enough players. We had spoken to 5 players before hand, and they all said they signed it and confirmed it. During the time I asked for you to make it, there was not scientifically possible way I would have known the plugin was malfunctioning, nor would I have been able to check if the charter for sure had the signatures. I spoke to Itzmak about it, and today's comment was really just me speaking out on how the problem wasn't found out earlier because we were being ignored.
I liked this part actually, because I had a feeling it was going to be brought up. You must have not read what I was writing properly, or maybe you took it in a different way. I asked the TC, if it was being built to spell out TC; they replied. They understood it was a joke, and took it as one. If I really offended you or harassed you over that, I'm truly sorry, and I hope all is well. I just think it's funny how you can continue to play the favoritism card, when you muted me for speaking out about the TC; I wasn't speaking to you, or anyone in particular, I was just saying in general. What I said wasn't even offensive.. I honestly think you over reacted, which I don't want to judge you for, but because you have the power to punish people, you did. Believe me, I over react to many things, even smaller than this, but I doubt I'd go around muting people for talking about a guild in O chat.
Since the blue text was covered in my first paragraph, I'll head to the yellowish one - You explained to me that you muted me for a past offence. You're the one who said I was punished because of what I did yesterday. Yesterday, I spoke out about how the TC (A tyrant) were abusing their friendship with the staff. The fact of the matter was, the wall really did nothing to help prevent border hopping; it only made it worse. Sometimes going in circles is the best way to find all the flaws. If only there were a few more circle runners around here, maybe something would be done.
