I have indeed reclaimed my town (and have tried again multiple times after having been told to try it again multiple times) so I know it's not that. I have checked it with coal to see that the region is still there, so I know its not that the town is gone. I cannot remove members from my town's regions. every person who has been in my town since the implementation of the new towns still has regions access, and I cannot remove them due to "insufficient permissions" or when i try the /town remove guest etc command, it says frosbakken doesn't exist. Wondering if I could have this fixed, we keep getting griefed, and would like the kick the people who dont belong to the region.

Petition people griefing.
The command is not /town remove guest.
It is /town region remove <guest|manager|owner> <region> <player>
Use /town help to see the commands.
/town region info Frosbakken shows no town. This leads to the assumption you need to reclaim yet again. Petition an Admin.
