[Forum] Can't log in to Herocraftonline.com

I am posting this on behalf of my buddy(TheCreator22), because he can not log in to this website or the forum at all. Here is his issue:

So he was going to log in to the forum today but he forgot his password(he is new), so he clicked the reset password button, which sent him an email with a link that was supposed to reset his password and then send him the new password, but he never got that email(not even in spam folder). It has been an hour since he clicked the reset password link. He has tried to reset it again but it gives him an error message.

Would an admin please help him? Thanks

Interesting, not sure why that won't work - let me try to register a new account and test this.

I can confirm that a mail is being sent out. I've tested this myself personally.
This means:
1) his mail is being filtered
2) he didn't type his email correctly
3) he's checking the wrong email.

If he wants access, he will need to check the correct email and follow the instructions or he'll need to verify his account IN-GAME with an administrator.
