Bug [Forum] Can't Change Thread Titles

This has been the case for the past two weeks or so, but many of us (including AzenYumCha , Jonsoon , and Eldrylars ) have noticed that we can't update our thread titles. This is especially annoying when you need to indicate that your town has upgraded from hamlet to town, town to city, etc.

Are you guys able to see "Thread Tools" and use that?

This is the problem. There is no thread tools for my thread in Official Townships. Used to be there..
