Fort Blackmoore (reasonably ungriefed)

Well, i left for MONTHS and i came back looking for my castle expecting it to be either griefed beyond compare or gone entirely and was happy to see it reasonably ungriefed and i just want to know about what you guys have thought about it and the person (ice burner or something) who has set up a vacation house in it
