Bug Forged by UltimateOptics

Some glitch with the coding.

It comes up on the chain boots '?5Forged by UltimateOptics'
When its meant to come up with 'Forged by UltimateOptics'

Because of this the item id for the boots have changed so i can't sell them in the shops i originally made. (This applies for all forged chain)

The fix has been done, just need Kainzo to actually put the fix on live.
