Bug Fireblade

I'm a Pyromancer, and Fireblade isn't working for me. I've killed 10+ mobs melee-only, and none have ignited. I've heard it's working for Runeblades, so is this because I'm using an axe?

Fireblade now works with axes for Pyromancers.
