Fire arrow damaging in no-pvp; killstreak titles not being granted upon meeting requirement.

As the title stated, if a ranger applies the fire arrow imbuement onto their bow whilst in no pvp, and then proceeds to shoot someone while still in no pvp, it will apply the fire debuff. I wouldn't really say it ticks hard considering i've tested it with friends, but it could still be abused to kill someone afk in oh, lets say they're dg plot.

The second bug I stated was that once you break a 50 killstreak (not sure about 100) it doesn't grant you whatever title it's supposed to. It kinda sucks cause I was really hoping on grabbing that title in the near future. Thanks for reading!

I lit someone on fire in LMS before it started in front of everyone. Oh, and it sets party members on fire.

fire arrow was fixed a while ago. not sure if Kainzo has the latest on live though.
