This skill removes aggro from everything except slimes and spiders. A spider will sit and stare at your feet and a slime will just right out attack you. Either way, they give you away. I am not entirely sure if the skill is supposed to remove aggro but it does from the rest of the mob family.

EDIT: Creepers will also blow up
