Suggestion Farms in regioned areas

So, are you sick of getting into a town to find everything blocked up, no loot makes me sad.

So I was thinking why can't plantables be 'takeable' in regioned zones, e.g. unregioned. This way you at least gain something from a raid.

Why, just why?

There isn't much point in this. Most people have locked up farms anyways.

Also, why farms? What is there to steal? What, wheat? Everyone can get wheat.

This suggestion is quite pointless if you ask me. Is it even possible? If so, what monster of a code would you have to write in order to allow it? Would it be worth the time? No, I don't see it being worth much.
