Anyone can breed animals. I'm guessing it's not intended. Hopefully you guys can fix it by removing wheat in some one's inventory

A few more bugs
You can't bind /skill mcow to an item eg mushrooms.
I can "bind" the skill, but it says that it doesn't register
Also, fix the skill names, rename summonchicken into chicken, and aswell as the other mob spawning skills.
On one of the mob spawning skills, it says 1% of spawning 3 pigs or chickens ( not sure about which one ) instead of 10
