Below I will list a number of commonly asked questions. Always one of the best resources is using '/hero'. You can view different pages of help by typing '/ch help (page number)'

GENERAL COMMANDS


1. Chat Commands:
How do I change/join chat channels?

• Use '/ch (channel shortcut)'. To see all channels, use '/ch list' to see all channels.

How do I leave a channel?

• /ch leave (channel shortcut)

How do I send a message to another player?

• Using '/tell (user) (message)' will send another user a private message only the two of you can see.
• Using '/tell (user)' will start a conversation with the user, so you don't have to type '/tell (user)' before each message.

What channel should I be in?

• The general channel is called OffTopic. Use '/ch o' to join it.
• If you're speaking to someone beside you use '/ch l' to reach people within 20 blocks of you. '/ch shout' to reach further.
• If you're trying to buy/sell use '/ch t' Do not be in this channel if you're not trading.
• For questions, use '/ch h' Again do not talk in the channel unless asking questions.

How do I turn exp spam off?

• /hero verbose

How do I check who is in my channel?

• '/ch who' while in the channel you're wanting to know about.

2. Class and Skill commands:
How do I pick a class/profession?

• '/hero choose (combat class)' then type '/hero confirm'
• '/hero profession (profession class)' then type '/hero confirm'

How do I use a skill?

• /Skill (skill name)

How do I bind a skill to an item?

• '/bind (skill name)' while holding the item you wish to bind the skill to in your hand.

How can I tell what weapons/armor I can use?

• '/hero armor' and '/hero tools' will tell you what is allowed for the class you currently are.

How can I tell what skills I have? How can I see what level I need for skills?

• '/skills' can tell you both Combat and Profession skills. Use '/Skills (page number)' to view them all.

3. Petition Commands: (/pe)
How do I get help from a Moderator/Admin?

• '/pe open (message)' Use this only when you need help from a Mod or Admin directly. Do not use pe's to report a bug, use the bug reporting thread for that.

How do I view all petitions I've opened?

• Use '/pe list' to view your open petitions.

How do I view a certain petition?

• /pe view (pe#)

How do I add a comment to my peition?

• Use '/pe comment (pe#) (comment)' to add a comment to one of your petitions.

How do I close a petition I've opened?

• /pe close (pe#)(Reason you're closing it)

4. Town Commands: (/town)
How do I join a town?

• /town join (town name)

How do I leave a town?

• /town leave

How can I tell what town someone is from?

• /town who

How can I see who is on my town region?

• /town info (town name)

How can I see who is in my town?

• /town list members

How do I create a private LWC?

• '/cprivate' then click the chest or furnace.

How do I create a public LWC?

• /cpublic

How do I create a password-Protected LWC?

• /cpassword (password)

How do I make someone an admin on my LWC?

• /cmodify @(username)

How do I allow someone access to my LWC?

• /cmodify (username)

How do I remove an LWC?
