Bug Failure Title

I've gotten killed a lot in PVP and had a PVP death streak of 20. When I died, I got a message saying that I was granted the title of failure, but I am unable to see it with `/title list` or select it with `/title prefix failure`.

Try again ... it wont be /title prefix failure... it'll be /title prefix deathstreak20 - or something.

If it was 50, why did I get the message saying I got it?

I tried /title prefix with several of the other options (deathstreak20, deathstreak50, deathstreak100) and it still didn't work.

Imo I should of been granted the failure title from the beginning of the new map...

Though I'm a bit inactive atm.
