Events: Only for Americans?

So i've heard a lot of things about these Dome of Deaths events were basicly every player who attends gets a lot of exp from mob grind. There has been 2 of those events, and both were in the middle of the night for us Europeans. It would be extremely nice if we from Europe could experience some of these grind events like the North/South american players can, because I am not staying up from 5am to 7am for gaming. People been telling me ''EtK, why don't you attend to the DoD's, I specced so quick there'' Well, I can't. As most people do, I have a life other then gaming and I need more then just a few hours of sleep. It's hard enough to level already, but now I have to see a ton of people go around with their specs that they gained from DoD events that were in a perfect gaming time for them.

So please, if it's possible, have some events like DoD for us in Europe. I know the Staff is extremely busy, but it would be really nice if we could get this. Remember, we are also a big part of the community and we want the same oppurtinity as others. Right now, I don't know anyone from Europe who actually stayed up to attend to DoD (Except Judgedread540, who fell asleep around dinner times and then woke up 3am today).

I attended to the second one, was up to 8AM before I recalled and signed off. Then I slept to 3PM, took a shower, ate dinner and went to town with some friends. Your argument of "having a life" is just dumb, sorry.

Although I can attend to these events just fine, it's not very practical for me to start an event at 6AM(The second one was an hour delayed).

The argument means I can't stay up all night long to play a videogame when I have Football/friends the next day that i've planned to hang out with/play football with. Also, my parents would never allow me to stay up all night long and sleep the entire day. In my eyes, sleeping to 3PM is a waste of an entire day because 11am - 4pm is the time people are out of there homes, being social.

Yea, it's possible for european to attend if they like kevinlive did...
last week, did I plan to attend to the DOD, but after about 21 hours awake and active did I not manage to play mc anymore, and it was still about 2 hours untill the DoD started...
I got school, music and friends, when I've tired after the week, the last thing I want to do is being awake for 24-26 hours just to attend to an event in a video game, and cause of that only get 3 hours of sleep...

(don't come here and tell me to set a waker to wake me in the middle of the night to play a computer game).

So am I (From 8:15 to 13:40), but for weekends I am out all day On normal days, I'm out 2pm - 6pm or something like that.

We'll attempt to be more time sensitive on when events occur to be more neutral to time zones.

Some facts about events:
A lot of people lose levels and die, unless you have a group and or just good at surviving.
Events aren't planned ahead by more than a day or so.
The people running events are actual humans that need to sleep, eat, work etc.

Friday DoD- Stay up untill 4am saturday, do the event. Go to bed when it finishes, catch 6 hours sleep, 12pm.
Saturday DOD- Stay up all night do the event then don't go to bed, acidently fall asleep and wake up 3am monday and be hyper all day at school . Actually fuck that!!! I aint doing this shizz again!!!! (27 pyro )

Also, I left the second DoD early and didn't get a ocelot egg but i killed someone sunday with one
He was a level 9 warrior with gold helmet and boots so i offered to help him level
When he got level 10 i tryed to kill him and he logged (While combat tagged) but diddnt drop stuff, so i had to wait untill he tryed to log back in when he actually died and i got the stuff DD

I would very much appreciate having events at different times, seeing that part of the community is missing out on content. Lastly it comes down to the people that actually host those events, as mentionend by Kainzo they needs sleep aswell.
Anyway, hooray for events in general, nice to have a bit of "surprise" from time to time.

I was lucky enough to attend the latest DoD, and by lucky I mean for some weird reason waking up at 5 am and couldn't sleep. I agree that the Admins have timezones too and they are asleep when we europeans are online.

Is it possible that there is an European admin who can run DoD once in a while for us?
