Hours, is the best I can give - waiting on the datacenter. It seems we need their assistance - despite having a KVM that should have solved issues like this.

Issue is - the machine is powered on but is waiting for a key response at the phyiscal location - we're 200+ miles away so its not possible to do.
We have to wait for a tech to go out there and push ONE KEY and it's going to cost us $150/hr .... (including gas/travel) .... really disappointed.
It's a free service on monday after 8AM but cause its sunday - we have to pay premium.
