I never received a warning stating that I needed to stop griefing. I checked the rules, and a three day ban is the second warning, where as the first warning is simply: the player receives a warning.
Warnings will be given for any infringement as follows.

• First warning: Player receives a warning.
• Second warning: Player receives a 3-day suspension.
• Third warning: Player receives a 1-week suspension.
• Fourth warning: Player receives a 1-month suspension.
• Fifth warning: Player receives a permanent ban.

First of all, I do not know what blocks I have griefed that I did not replace. I destroyed blocks to get into chest, however I replaced them. Any other blocks I have griefed, I am unaware of.
Also, If you believe a sign saying, "Do NOT Grief", suffices for an actual person who can enforce something telling you to stop and replace all the blocks, that is your opinion. In the rules it states,
Abandoned structures of inactive players can be claimed. You can check for inactivity by looking a sign containing the owner's name and using the lastlogin command (/lastlogin <playername>). Inactivity is generally defined as not logging in for a period of one month or more. If the player is inactive or there is no sign on the structure, the following procedure applies.

1. Place a sign in a visible location with your name, date you placed the sign, and intent to claim. (Do not remove this sign, as it is used to confirm the claim date by admins/mods)
2. Wait one week from the date on your sign.
3. Submit a petition (/pe new <message>) with your request to confirm the claim. Be sure to include coordinates of the building. A Staff member will check your claim. They have the final say in all claiming requests, and have the authority to deny you.

The purpose of the petition is to ensure the structure is truly abandoned. Many times players will have notified staff they will be on an extended vacation or military leave, and wish their structure to be protected.
However all of the blocks, houses and chest I may have destroyed were not claimed with any signs containing the owners name, date of claim, and intent to claim, actually, I have never came across a house with this. Unless you are just not allowed to destroy anything man made, unclaimed or not, then I would not know why this has happened.

An Admin is the one who banned you and I do not see you being unbanned anytime soon with your attitude.

You are not allowed to grief on Bastion or Greyson. The signs state if you grief on Greyson you will be banned. It is not rocket science.

We do not know someone has griefed anything unless it is reported. I can assure you when we are informed they are instantly banned. I have numerous names of people who have been banned for griefing.

You do not need to quote the rules to us. It specifically states do not grief in the rules, and that includes man made structures. The only worlds you are allowed to grief are Warshard and Forgelight. I do believe you were spamming signs all over the place and again an Admin banned you. I suggest you wait for him to come in here and post, as he was the one issuing the ban and knows more of the story.

You need to realize we have the right to revoke your permissions on this server for any infractions.

The only signs I remember placing were two signs, both saying something to the effect of, "epicyomamma was here". Which I got the idea from when I just had been exploring and saw numerous signs saying the same thing from different people.

You placed the signs in a cluster of buildings while the player standing next to you was telling you to stop. You then proceeded to cover a sign with the player's name with one of yours saying 'epicyomamma was here'. As Angy said we have a zero tolerance policy for griefing in Greyson. This will not be lifted.
