Cant use pulsers, of any kind.

EDIT: Yes its a permission error. Receivers seem to be giving me the same message. I can go through it more when I am mastered too.

I see, @Danda can you check into this? Maybe even post the file just incase we missed it others can check the links. It may be a spelling issue or Craftbook broken.

I'm thinking it's either related to our Heroes perm-skills issue or craftbook is broken
I've already tested both possible perms for the IC

Well, it could be CraftBook -> PErmission skills ... but in that case NO Ic's would work at all.

Our permission skills are working.

I'm not saying it's perm-skills that's broken I'm saying it could be a similar cause.
