Bug Engineer IC not working

So at level 10 the Engineer gains access to the IC: Counter. Now as far as I can tell the code for that should be MC3101, however it tells me I do not have permission to do this yet. It is possible that I have the wrong code since the game now uses Craftbook, and the guide I am using is for Falsebook ( it is an extremely helpful guide thats why I am using it) however, since all of the codes thus far have been the same, I doubt that is the actuall issue.
